Prices
The festival price is divided into two areas (seminars and accommodation + meals). You can pay part of the fee at the moment of registration and the remaining balance up to 30 days after registering. (You can find the payment policy HERE)
This year, there are different pricing options for attending Labyrinth Catalunya. We encourage you to choose the full accommodation option so you can enjoy, share, and learn during the breaks and community life outside of the classes.
- Seminar: from €280 to €400 (depending on what you can afford)
- Accommodation and meals: from €290 to €475 (includes all meals during the festival)
The total price will range between €455 and €875, depending on your choices.
There are three price options. You can choose the rate that best fits your financial situation.

Seminar price table:
- €280 – Minimum price: barely covers the cost of the course. Nothing more, nothing less.
- €330 – Standard price: besides the teachers, you also start contributing to the organisation of the festival. This is the recommended and sustainable option.
- €400 – Solidarity price: choose this option and, in addition to supporting the festival, you help pay for someone who cannot afford the seminar. What more could we ask for?
Prices vary depending on the option you choose. The basic price for the full experience (collective dormitory + meals from April 2nd at 17:00 until April 7th after lunch) is €375.

Accommodation and meals price table:
- One meal per day only: €35 per person per day
- Meals only (breakfast, lunch, and dinner): €54 per person per day
- Campervan + meals: €58 per person per night
- Collective dormitory + meals: €75 per person per night
- Shared room for 6 people + meals: €75 per person per night
- Shared room for 4 people + meals: €85 per person per night
- Shared room for 2 people + meals: €95 per person per night
Can’t afford to come to Labyrinth Festival Catalunya due to the costs?
The festival aims to be accessible to everyone. We are aware that this year the overall cost has increased. That is why Labyrinth Festival Catalunya is working to find funds and offer different scholarships to support students who need it.
If you are coming from abroad and you can stay till April 8th– Mobility Grant
If you are coming from outside Spain, there are several European Union funds you may be eligible for as an international participant. You can check the eligible countries, regulations, and criteria at the following links:
If you intend to apply for a scholarship, you will see that:
- you will need an official invitation letter. You can request it by sending us an email at support@labyrinthcatalunya.com. We will be happy to provide it.
- you can only apply for the scholarship if you justify a minimum activity of 7 days. For this reason, if you are interested, we suggest completing your Labyrinth experience by participating in a rehearsal of the Labyrinth Catalunya Orchestra on April 8th in Barcelona. Write to us for more information.
If you live in Spain, your country is not eligible for the mobility grant or you can not stay till April 8th
The festival plans to offer two types of scholarships:
- Partial scholarship (tuition scholarship): this covers the seminar fee, providing financial aid of €330.
- Full scholarship: covers both the seminar fee and the basic accommodation and meals. Total aid: €705.
The number of scholarships granted will depend on the funds we manage to gather before the festival.
If you plan to apply for a Labyrinth Scholarship, please keep in mind that our resources are very limited. Only apply if you truly cannot afford the minimum festival cost (see Seminar Prices and Accommodation & Meal Prices), as granting a scholarship to you may prevent someone else from receiving it.
How do I apply?
Anyone, regardless of age, who wishes to participate in the 11th Edition – April of Labyrinth Festival Catalunya and cannot afford it may apply for a Labyrinth Scholarship.
To apply for the Labyrinth Scholarship, complete this form before February 1st.
When selecting recipients, we will consider the artistic and human suitability of the candidate for the seminar.
On February 20th, we will announce the scholarship recipients. You will receive a message whether you have been selected or not.
Another situation we haven’t considered
If your situation doesn’t fit any of the cases described above, please write to us at support@labyrinthcatalunya.com. Whenever possible, we will try to help.
Yes! You can also make a donation to the festival. Your contribution helps make Labyrinth Festival Catalunya an accessible and dignified event.
Additionally, if you are an individual tax resident in Spain, for the first 250 € donated, the State will refund you 200 € in your income tax declaration.
