DO I HAVE TO BRING AN INSTRUMENT?
Yes, you need to bring instruments if the seminar you chose requires one. If for any reason you cannot bring your instrument, feel free to write to us; we will do our best to get you one or provide you with rental contacts.
CAN I CHANGE WORKSHOPS OR DO MORE THAN ONE?
No, you cannot change seminars, but we offer the option (if there is still space in the seminar) for you to switch if the one you signed up for is not to your liking. What is not possible is to keep changing from workshop to workshop, as the seminars are designed to develop a curriculum over the days of the festival.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Go to the “registrations” section in the menu of our website. Fill out the form and submit it.
By submitting your registration form, you accept the following terms and conditions:
The payment will be made in two parts:
1st payment: Once you have registered by filling out the registration form, you have 15 days to make a deposit of the workshop fee to reserve your spot.
2nd payment: The second payment will be for accommodation and meals, in case you need them. You will have 30 days from your registration to pay this amount.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T GO?
If you have paid both amounts and cancel up to a month before the festival date, you will be refunded the total of both amounts (we will deduct the bank transaction cost).
If you do not make the second payment (for food and accommodation if you chose it), your registration will be canceled after 30 days, and you will not recover the value of the first amount (we will send you a reminder before canceling your registration!).
If you cancel less than a month before the festival date, you will not recover either of the two amounts.
ARE THERE MENU OPTIONS? Yes. We offer three options: omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan.
I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR INTOLERANCE; ARE SPECIAL MENUS CONSIDERED? Yes. Food allergies and intolerances are respected. You can communicate this in the registration form.
