DO I HAVE TO BRING AN INSTRUMENT?

Yes, you need to bring your own instrument. If for some reason you can’t bring an instrument with you, feel free to write to us and we will do our best to get you one or provide you with rental contacts.

 

CAN I CHANGE WORKSHOPS OR TAKE MORE THAN ONE?

It is not possible to change workshops, but we give you the option (if there is still room in a seminar) to change if you don’t like the one you signed up for. What is not possible is to switch from one course to another, since the seminars are designed to develop a certain repertoire and program over the days of the festival.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Go to the “registration” section in the menu of our website. Fill in the form and send it to us.

 After registration you will have to pay by bank transfer a first payment of 260e (before January 7th), 275e (before March 8th) and 300e (before April 8th). You have 30 days to pay the rest of the registration fee. The value of the second amount is 275€ + the extra accommodation if you have chosen one of the special options offered by Pontós.

If you do not pay the two amounts within the given deadlines, your registration will be cancelled. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T GO?

If you have paid both amounts, and you cancel up to two months before the date of the festival, you will be refunded the total of both amounts.

If you have paid both amounts, and you cancel up to one month before the date of the festival, you will be refunded the value of the second amount.

If you do not pay the rest of the festival fee, your registration will be cancelled after 30 days and you will not be refunded the value of the first amount.

If you cancel less than one month before the date of the respective meeting, you will not recover either of the two amounts.

If you are unable to attend the course due to COVID19 (positive PCR or contact case in the 10 days prior to the meeting – upon presentation of proof), please contact us and we will treat the situation as a special case and try to recover all or most of the registration fee, depending on the dates you notify us of the case.

 

IS THERE AN OPTION TO REGISTER WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION?

Yes, this means that you neither sleep nor shower in the facilities offered. In this case you will need to contact us to coordinate payments.

 

IS THERE AN OPTION TO REGISTER WITHOUT MEALS?

No. Meals are included in the price and are understood to be part of the course.

 

ARE THERE MENU OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer three options: omnivore, vegetarian and vegan. The organization and the kitchen team make a great effort to adapt to the different menus and needs. Therefore, you will have to respect the menu option you choose every day of the gathering. 

 

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR INTOLERANCE, ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL MENUS?

Yes, food allergies and intolerances are respected. You will be able to communicate it in the registration form.

 

CAN THEY COME TO VISIT ME?

During the festival, you will not be able to receive visitors, but the days of the concert will be open to the public.
