Rhythmology in Iranian music 31/10/2020

In this workshop, we will address these topics: 

1- Introduction to the Iranian rhythm and percussion instruments in Iran 

2- Common rhythms of the Middle East and especially of Iran

3- Improvisation based on Iranian rhythms

4- Daf techniques

In addition, scores and notes will be provided for each topic, but it will depend on the level of the student. 

The materials will be divided into three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.

The main language of the seminar will be English with a Spanish translator.
